Common questions about squares pools, NFL Pick'em leagues, and how PoolerHub works.

Copy the share link from your dashboard and send it however works — text, group chat, email, QR code. Anyone with the link can join right away.

Squares Pools
A 10×10 grid with 100 boxes. Everyone claims their squares before the game, numbers 0–9 are drawn randomly for each axis, and at the end of each quarter the last digit of each team's score picks the winner. Easy to run, fun to play.
Sign up, hit New Game on your dashboard, choose Squares Pool, fill in the basics — name, box price, payout structure — and you're done. Takes about two minutes.
No limit. Each pool gets its own grid, share link, and ledger. Run one for the office, one for the family chat, one for your friends — they're completely separate.
As many as they want. Each box is a separate entry — that's between you and your players.
Yes. As the organizer you can unclaim, rename, or reassign any box at any time. Players can't edit their own once claimed.
Click Draw Numbers when you're ready. PoolerHub can randomly shuffle 0–9 for both axes, or you can enter them manually if you're drawing live with your group. Either way, the draw method is shown on the pool page so everyone knows exactly how it was done.

If your pool is linked to a live-scored game, it auto-archives 3 days after the final score is recorded. Nothing is deleted — the grid, ledger, and payouts are all still there under Archived.
NFL Pick'em

One point per correct pick. The last game of the week is the tiebreaker — players also guess the combined final score. If two players tie on correct picks, the one whose combined score guess is closest to the actual total wins the tiebreaker.
PoolerHub polls ESPN every 12 seconds during game windows. Once a game goes final, picks are scored automatically and the leaderboard updates. No manual input needed.
Yes. You can create a league at any point in the season and it picks up from the current week. Archive the league whenever you're done — the full history stays accessible.
Postponed games are flagged in the schedule. Picks for that game are held and scored once the game is played. The tiebreaker shifts to the next eligible game if needed.
